The 2023/2024 Competition Results in Full

This competition is played on a knock-out basis by one rink per club. This year the participating clubs are Nondes, Bearsden, Cawder House, Cadder, Greenacres and Helensburgh with the first games being played on Tuesday 9 January. Simon, Peter, Alan and John are representing Bearsden and we wish them good curling in their game tonight.

Bearsden members are out and about at the start of the curling season.  John Dunlop in the Irish Curling Association’s first game of the new season at Greenacres Ice Rink. John was in the winning rink with team mates Maria O’Neill, Charlotte Tierney and skip Neil Fyfe.

Skip Joan has been leading the charge in this particular competition with success. On 11 October Joan, Geraldine and Hazel were joined by Charlotte Tierney who kindly agreed to fill a gap in our team, Together they had a 10 – 2 win against a team skipped by Libby Torrance.
