Arrangements are in place to organise Rinks for the forthcoming season. Rink Team Sheets are being prepared and members will be asked to confirm availability for the dates allocated to us. Two of our annual competitions finals are being played in March between the following rinks. Firth Medal – 22 March –  Rink A (Joan MacVoy) v Rink C (Geraldine Murphy) Rink Medal – 25 March – Rink D (Gerry McCormak) v Rink A (Joan MacVoy)

Bearsden Curling Club along with our Sister Club the Ski Club Curling Club will be holding our annual Ladies V Gents match on Saturday 18th Feb at 15:00, this will be followed by a two course meal. This event has always been extremely popular and well supported and I hope this will continue this year….

Last Tuesday saw Bearsden Ladies play in a very close game against a Glasgow Ladies Team in the McDermot Trophy.  It was a game of 1’s – going into the final end the score was 3 – 3, where a nail-biting finish saw Bearsden Ladies lose out and consequently did not make it through to…
