On Sturday the 15th of February the BCC Gents emerged victorious ov the Ladies. Simon Blyth graciously accepted the winners accolade. The trophy has to be found before a formal presentation can be made! The word is Ross has it.

President Ross Barr donned his Irish team shirt at the weekend to play in the Kinross International Friendly Bonspiel. Celtic Connections was established by mixing two Welsh Seniors with two Irish Seniors. This partnership was formed through friendships established at recent World Championships. Bearsden played against Dumbarton in a close game on Wednesday 29 November in the round robin. The game concluded with a 7-6 win to Bearsden. Now through to the semi-finals on Wednesday 13 December brings us up against the skill of Kelvinside. Ross, Simon, Alan and Alison – we will give it our best!
