I hope this finds you all in good spirits and looking forward to the Christmas spirit ?! its fast approaching the event
of the year – our Christmas Bonspiel ! This is advance notice and a gentle reminder to check your social calendar.
I am pleased to say our fellow curlers from the Ski Club will hopefully be joining us and I extend a warm welcome to
them. The curling will be followed by a meal aFerwards (Christmas Menu including vegetarian choices).
The following is a brief format of the event :
CURLING Geraldine will be in charge (she’s good) and will guide you through the Rules, for the uniniated
and senior moments. Each team will have their own distinctive title – Elves, Reindeers, Santas
and Snowflakes, like that one ! What can I say about the prizes, well you will just have to wait
and see but I can tell you the most sought aFer prize worth competing for is the CHRISTMAS
PUDDING !

DRESS CODE Strictly Christmas sweaters on ice. No Club sweaters, please.
ENTERTAINMENT Will be in the form of Santa’s helpers dancing on ice round the Christmas tree, senior moments !
Details of the Menu choices and cost will follow as soon as they are to hand, but in the meantime, all I ask is for you to confirm your curling inten$ons and if you and your partner, and/or guest will be staying for the meal. I require confirmation of numbers ASAP, please.
