Bearsden members, Campbell Denholm and Valerie Browning had a very successful Bonspiel at the North West Castle Hotel in Stranraer during the first week in October. Well done to our rinks who played the earlier games in the Allan Cup which resulted in Bearsden proceeding to the semi-fInals. The semi-finals are being played this Wednesday 4 December at 8:30pm with Dumbarton -v- Bearsden and Kelvinside -v- Alma. Good curling to our rink of Simon, Eilidh, Alan and Stefan.

The annual friendly game between Partick CC and Bearsden CC took place yesterday afternoon. The Partick Rink was skipped by David Scott and our Bearsden Rink was skipped by Geraldine. An enjoyable and friendly game was played out with Skip Geraldine ably taking the Bearsden Rink to successfully winning the game.
