Bearsden played against Dumbarton in a close game on Wednesday 29 November in the round robin. The game concluded with a 7-6 win to Bearsden. Now through to the semi-finals on Wednesday 13 December brings us up against the skill of Kelvinside. Ross, Simon, Alan and Alison – we will give it our best! 

The past two weekends have seen our member, Simon Blyth, busy umpiring in two Scottish Curling competitions. President Ross Barr donned his Irish team shirt at the weekend to play in the Kinross International Friendly Bonspiel.  Celtic Connections was established by mixing two Welsh Seniors with two Irish Seniors. Ross Barr was presented with the Carmunnock and Rutherglen Curling Club Gold Medal on Tuesday at Greenacres.  This was presented by President Brian Hudson.  This was last awarded In 2017. Well done Ross!
